Description

Finally I got a new one... It was an exercise to become a better feeling with painter and the tablet for my other paintings. Unfortunately I spent more time on it than I wanted to %) ...anyway

it's an SD (=Super Deformed) as you can often find in some slap stick Manga ^_^

Done with tablet, painter and a bit of photoshop...

the hair looks a bit too much like straws, i suggest you consider it as a whole and just work on the reflections, suggesting the small strands of hair

yeah its definately solid SD work, i'm a huge manga fan myself, this has the sort of feeling you got from early digital manga work when the japanese graphic designers all went mad...but the highlights on the leather are pretty unique...its the background mainly (or backdrop really) that gives it that early digital look.
